Club Transfers

Hi All

As I am sure you are aware it can be very difficult to get parents/guardians to fill out a separate transfer form for themselves as well as for one their child. Then to go back and get them signed after they have already sent through their child's form is nearly impossible. 

In light of this, Swimming WA have created a new form that includes a full parent/guardian section (new Section B) on the same form to be filled out if the child is under 18 years.

This I hope will be easier on everyone involved as they will only need to fill out the extra section not another whole form.
